Can the course be taken without any culinary experience?

Yes, the course is suitable for both beginners and experienced pastry chefs.
All instructions are step-by-step, with detailed recipe guides and video lessons.

No, basic tools are enough — the kind most home bakers already have.
All required ingredients and equipment are listed below each course, so you can review what’s needed and decide whether you’re ready to begin.

Which platform is used?

The training takes place on the professional LearnWorlds platform — featuring a simple, intuitive interface and a user-friendly personal dashboard.

Do you use sugar in the recipes? Are these desserts truly sugar-free?

We do not use refined white sugar in any of the recipes. The entire course is developed without the addition of traditional white sugar, which many people avoid for health reasons or due to individual intolerances.
In the cake course, we use unrefined cane sugar in the base recipes. However, we make sure to show how it can be replaced with natural sweeteners — such as xylitol and coconut sugar, which are actively used in our dessert course. These alternatives have a lower glycemic index and have a gentler effect on the body.
Regardless of the chosen ingredient, all of our cakes are originally developed with reduced sugar content. We use sweeteners in moderate amounts to achieve a balanced, mildly sweet flavor profile, where each element — sponge, cream, and filling — can be fully appreciated. This approach makes the desserts lighter, more refined, and in line with modern taste preferences, especially if you are preparing them for clients, children, or people with sugar sensitivities.
It is important to note: from a food labeling perspective, such desserts cannot be classified as completely “sugar-free,” since natural sweeteners still contain carbohydrates. However, they are a conscious alternative to traditional sugar, allowing you to create desserts with full flavor — without compromising on texture or quality.

Can I ask the instructor questions?

Yes, feedback is available throughout the course — you can clarify steps, ask questions, or get help with challenging moments.
Support is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Warsaw time (CET).

Is access to the course materials limited?

Yes, access is granted for 6 or 12 months, depending on the selected plan. This is more than enough time to complete the course at your own pace and revisit the lessons whenever needed.

Is there a certificate upon course completion?

Yes, after completing the course and passing the final review, you will receive a personalized digital certificate.
